Vaperia can seemingly appear from nowhere, undetectably hiding in the shadows without a heat signature. Conventional weaponry has no effect and nobody has been able to use temperature or containment effectively. Oddly, she usually pops up in hardware stores collecting a strange variety of items. Nobody knows Vaperia's purpose, or what she might be building.
