Stiff is a traditional superhero. He shows up when there is a crime, stops criminals and leaves before police officers arrive. Eyewitness reports have indicated that Stiff sprays some type of liquid from his hands. What police find when they arrive are suspects covered in an oxygen-permeable sticky and viscous gel that makes movement impossible.
