Born with a large birthmark on his head and an inability to grow hair, young Rudolph always wore a baseball cap growing up. In adolescence, his birthmark began changing color, becoming yellow in appearance. One day, Rudolph found himself growing upset while a police officer was writing his ticket. Gradually his birthmark began pulsating and glowing. Suddenly there was a large flash of light and the police officer was blinded.
