A new UN reports says that humans should eat insects for health and environmental reasons.

They wrote a 200+ page report describing the joys of eating insects. But their Dining Room serves chicken, fish, lamb, veal, beef and vegetarian entrees (no arthropds).

Not everybody likes the idea of eating bugs directly though...
